Rabbit River Egg Dip









4 Large Rabbit River Farms Organic Eggs, hard boiled and finely chopped
¼ cup Mayonnaise
250 gr Cream Cheese softened at room temperature
1 tbsp Milk
1 tsp prepared Mustard
1 tbsp creamed Horseradish
¼ tsp Sea Salt
¼ cup fresh Chives, finely chopped
¼ cup Dill Pickle, finely chopped (Optional)

Combine all ingredients together and chill for at least 3 hours in refrigerator or overnight.
Serve with crackers and cut up celery, carrots and cucumber.
